Refund policy
Fair payment and delivery rules.
How refunds, cancellations, marketplace purchases, and final file access are handled.
Custom service projects
Custom work begins after scope approval and may include strategy, design, development, content, AI automation, or delivery setup. Deposits and milestone payments may be non-refundable once work has started, because time and production resources are committed to the project.
Final payments
Final files, GitHub access, templates, mockups, and delivery assets are unlocked after the balance is paid or manually recorded as paid. If a final payment is disputed, ServiceOnion may pause delivery access while the issue is reviewed.
Marketplace products
Ready-made digital products are generally non-refundable after file access or download is provided. If there is a duplicate purchase, broken access link, or wrong item delivered, contact ServiceOnion so we can correct it.
Cancellations
If a project is cancelled before work begins, ServiceOnion may review the payment and issue a partial or full refund depending on the scope, scheduling, and resources already used.
How to request help
Refund or billing questions should be sent through the contact form with your project name, email, payment date, and reason for the request.
